RECENT PROJECTS.

Redesign of Statewide Prosecutor System

Complete redesign of a system that is used by Prosecuting Attorneys to keep track of criminal history.  Developed in React and Vanilla JavaScript, the project was completed successfully and on time. Serverless technologies such as Lambda were used to streamline the application processes.

eDiscovery

Created a statewide document management solution called eDiscovery that is used today by Prosecuting and Defense Attorneys. It was a cloud based solution that used open source technology. eDiscovery created a cost effective solution for storing and exchanging digital content.

Statewide Electronic Filing System

Created the Indiana statewide E-filing Solution using Rest APIs and other Web Services. The solution provided the data exchange of criminal cases between the Prosecutor and the Court to be more efficient and secure. E-filing is used today in all counties in Indiana.

AWS Cloud Migration

Pioneered and initiated the migration of the Prosecutor system from on-premise to the Cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The migration involved consolidating several hundred workloads and provided a more safe and secure system.

Azure Cloud Migration

Migrated over 1200+ workloads from on-prem to Microsoft Azure for a client in the energy space.  Created the cloud architecture, performed a resource assessment, and assisted with the cloud migration. Managed the tracking and reporting on key solution delivery metrics. Assists in creating the direction and scope of project and is responsible for sustaining an environment that optimizes individual and team contributions in order to create value for a customer.

Event-Drive Microservice Solution using Apache Kafka

Serve as the lead architect across large complex outsourcing opportunities( > $100 million) to ensure integrated solution. Assemble/manage required team of solution architects (Application Outsourcing, Offerings, Services)/mobilization leads, domain experts to create coherent solution that is compelling to the client. Lead a technical architecture analysis of systems and data, starting with collection of use cases for data integration across several main systems.
